True story: I met Demi Lovato back in 2008! She was on tour with the Jonas Brothers and she'd stop at a nearby town of each concert town to do a solo autograph signing. They were scheduled to perform at Syracuse, NY back in August 29 but she stopped by my hometown, Rochester, NY at the Greece Mall by the verizon store. My mom brought me (turning 19), my sister (9) and three of my little cousins. A worker hooked us up with a pass to be able to beat the lines. My sister went up twice with her Camp Rock shirt and Demi complimented her. Many of us fans brought her gifts since it was right after her birthday (I got her a cute hat). I had also included a gift for Joe for his birthday (a tie) and his parents anniversary (a Christian CD). When it was my turn to meet her, since I knew she grew up in church, I told her, "God bless you, " and she got so excited saying, "Thanks! You too!" I got emotional as I was walking away. I still have her autograph in a box in my closet. She had the most adorable yellow blouse that made her look so happy. I pray and hope she rekindles a relationship with God and finds inner peace again. ❤
