So many of the "best" guitarists can't hold a candle to Howe's mastery. Being a member of a band stacked with virtuosos, and dedicated to making his instrument fit into the balanced whole of a composition, instead of the normal lead guitar style of fronting the sound, he is criminally under-appreciated and underrated.

This is the guy that made me want tp play guitar when l was 13. I eventually bought an ES175 because it's what he played when l first seen Yes on TV. No longer in a band but do the garage thing every month or so and bring it along. The guitar is 48 years old and l've had it 38 of them. I also have a white 64 SG that l got in 1975. My uncle owned a pawn shop near a military base and l got them extremely cheap
