He's obviously not in the US if he thinks ANY medical test, let alone a heart CT Scan, costs just $70.

These “heart enzymes” are really indicators of muscle damage which isn’t specific to the heart. Similar mechanism why ultra marathoners go into rhabdo.

If all these so called experts on marathons being u healthy were right, I'd be dead a long time agoI've racked up races from 42 to 100 miles over 33 years.ive got friends in their 70s who have run more than 40 X 90kms races excludes those 50km weekend runs. If u got bad genetics, don't make it bad everyone one else

It's so obvious to me that they are not. How can someone think that running hundreds of miles is something that our body will benefit from? where in nature did we need to do that? tremendous stress on the body, and it's enough to look at how these people age. Also, have Americans completely given up on using the letter 's' correctly? lol.
