In this video I walk you through my first time attempting to build tournament grade cornhole boards. Sure you can buy boards like these for $300 but what is the fun in that? Here I show you how to make them yourself, with your own hand laid finish. The only tools needed are Miter Saw, Trim Router, Drill, Driver, and Sandpaper.

Can you tell me what the measurements of the over hang are on sides, front, and back?

Was your final step a coat of poly or a sanding with 800 my boards are sticking and i havent tried the 800 but i sanded with 320 and didnt add another coat

How deep was the bottom of the playing surface routed?

Your cross brace seems a bit too high. I think you want it closer to 1 5 feet from bottom where the bag lands more often
