I worked with ADRA (Adventist Development and Relief Agency) going to Kenya to film an advocacy campaign documentary on the challenges that young girl have in getting an education. There are many social stereotypes that hold girls back from being educated. Some of the biggest issues are early child marriage and FGM (female genital mutilation). ADRA is working in Kenya to educate the rural communities so that families can realize their girl's full potential!
