Yes yes yes to amethyst and howlite combined at night!!!! I combined these 2 a few months ago ( before even seeing this ) right beside my bedside and I swear I hit the pillow and I'm out SO fast. Cant wait to try some of these other combinations.

I have trouble sleeping too but when I put the amethyst in the room, I had crazy vivid dreams!! It disrupted my sleep so I had to put it in the living room 😆 Celestite is the one that did the job for me.. Always waking up refreshed no matter how much sleep I got 👍🏼

I have a skull made of howlite and lepidolite and it's on my bedside table. I also wear a lepidolite bracelet at night. Anyway this combination helps me not to overthink at night. Sometimes I have arguments with people from a long time ago and I can't stop doing it which robs me of a good night sleep. Lepidolite and howlite really help me. Thanks for a great video

One pairing I have come to love is Black tourmaline and Lapis Lazuli. Somehow it helps me calm down very fast after a heated argument, an unwanted confrontation or a fight, it soothes my nerves right away. Right now my go to crystal for restful sleep is a scolecite palm stone under my pillow. It has really strong inner peace vibes. It's also supposed to heal holes in the auric field and strengthen the aura. I also have a pocket stone I carry around. It kills anxiety.

This is why I love you so much. For good night's sleep I keep lapidolite and amethyst under pillow. By my side I keep selenite and black tourmaline. Sometimes I keep tectite too. Hahaha this is too much. But I feel good. 🙏❤
