What do you do if your touch bar isn’t working?

Update macOS: Apple menu - System Settings - General - Software Update.

Update your apps: Check for application updates in the App Store or by clicking the app name menu and choosing Check for updates.

Check your keyboard settings: System Settings - Keyboard

Restart your Mac: Apple menu - Restart

Carry out Mac maintenance: Use the Maintenance module in CleanMyMac X

Reset the Touch Bar: The Terminal command you’ll need — sudo pkill touchbarserver

Reset NVRAM: Follow the instructions here

after i upgraded to sonoma, my touchbar stopped working. I tried everything and nothing helped. I also upgraded to a newer sonoma version, the same problem.
