22 hours :) me and my dad loved this band and even went to go see them in Kansas City two years ago I believe?? before they went on break. My dad passed away in September and having new RKS songs give me comfort. Knowing my dad is right next to me listening to them with me. It’s an amazing feeling. I miss you everyday dad.

I've never been able to decide on a favorite band until I found RKS a few years ago. You guys are the only band I can say I genuinely like/love all of your songs and I love how each album has a bit of it's own vibe. I finally get to see you guys live this year and you'll be my partner's first ever concert! Stay slaying superstar

I’ve been an RKS fan since Cocaine Jesus hit my Spotify in 2015, and it’s been pretty interesting to see their rise to fame in recent years. A whole new generation found them, thanks to Freefall blowing up on the Tok. Kinda wild to think that they have the biggest following they’ve ever had and they haven’t put out an album in 6 YEARS. And while I’m happy for them because they deserve all of the success, I’m afraid that I’m experiencing me “growing apart” from them. At least their sound. When you’re a fan of a musical artist early on, you either grow with them or you don’t.

I realize that feeling comes with most any change, but my initial thoughts are that this sounds too watered down, too polished, too…record label-y and mainstream? I mean, it’s noticeably less lyrical than gems like American Shoes & The Comedown and much less passionate than the likes of Cold Love or Lady Lie. I don’t know. This and LOL just don’t do much for me. I hope they grow on me and I’ll gladly listen to their new album come May, but I’m a lot less excited for it.

I spare you my opinion on the whole Charlie situation and IG post, but I will say that this rollout seems a little sloppy for a band signed to Warner.

Forever a fan though. I’ll be replaying their triple threat until May. ✌️
