But lots of companies use that value to amass huge amounts of debt then file bankruptcy to get rid of said debt. This has been private equity’s playbook forever. Nothing new here

i stopped watching hoonigan about 5 years ago when people started leaving and new more annoying personalities started being brought in. also we were seeing less and less Hert and he was the only reason i kept watching. then there was like a bajillion exstra channels for the same content done by hoonigan it stopped being special cool or interesting. the builds they showed off were cool still but the company was just the Walmart of car content.

Yea... So not entirely accurate in terms of why they went bankrupt. Did you read the bankrtuptcy filing? They outline the reasons the Company went bankrupt on pages 47 and 48 on the 680 page file, which I discuss in my video.
