I'd recommend a slight correction on 9:40 that when volume is lost, Kidneys response is intact so they excrete less Sodium (U<10) in order to hold on to water.

Just a padantic but important point is that TURP syndrome causes hypOtonic hypOnatraemia. This is because the irrigation fluid is hypotonic thus dilutes plasma Na+. Dirty did a good job of explaining the dilutional mechanism but for some reason numerous medical textbooks classify this as isotonic hypOnatraemia. This is definately not the case.
