If it's a strong cologne that last long you only need one spray on the wrists, so you won't choke yourself and everyone in the room around you out. If it is a weak cologne that doesn't last long then you can do this method. And also depends on where you going if your inside in a office setting less is needed or if you're outside in the environment the whole day more is needed

When you say moisturize your skin do you mean like right after applying lotion? Also is 8 sprays to many?
