Justice muneeb was the one who struck down army courts for civilians and that is a landmark judgement. Never forget his contributions and his grit and consistency

Anybody who thinks justice Muneeb Akther or justice Mansoor Ali Shah is a good and competent judge is out of mind. On the other hand if one thinks that chief justice Isa is a genius then he too is out of his mind. Basically we have always had judiciary which has been political. That’s wrong and therefore government has every right to cut them to size. Our judiciary does not give verdicts based on law. They are manipulated and therefore they are compromised. But let everyone understand at this moment of time all and I mean all judges past and present are corrupt and incompetent. No doubt about it.

And counting on the judgement of conscience on part of parliamentarians who are grossly accused of being form 47 parliamentarians is pretty rich. Just doesn't add up. I some times feel Reema has her heart in the right place but hey peculiar circumstances. Watch out!

Reema, I think you being too optimistic and fairly so about justice Mansoor Ali Shah's ideology. But shading munib akhtar, who is one of the finest judge as being a cynic is quite literally nauseating. Muneeb Akhtar and Mansoor Ali Shah both are the best minds we have in sc. While U have done re reading of the said judgement by justice muneeb, have U pondered on the point that what will happen if someone votes against their party lines where they are being punished for the same deed, isn't it against fundamental rights. I mean these are mental gymnastics and the constitution is silent on will the vote be counted or not. Justice muneeb's judgement goes into the territory of complete justice under peculiar circumstances (establishment arresting and torturing parliamentarians and their families)
