I always used to think in terms of how long I’d have to work in either country to buy items, rather than a straight comparison.

Just shop anywhere but Coles and Woolies. Maybe a market... Or at least Aldi

The prices vary so much, even in the big shops

i often noticed that Coles is more expensive than Woolies ...and nowadays prices are just crazy !!
Like $4 a box of shapes 😱😭

Seems to Nile up with Canada except for the bananas that’s ridiculous they’re 56 cents per pound here.
