Thank you for this video. You’ve made me a lot less anxious about gaining during pregnancy. I lost 6 stone on SW before faking pregnant and have already put nearly 2 stone on. It’s a hard mental battle to see the scales going up and you’ve made it make a lot more sense and show it’s okay xx
