10 Health Benefits of Mint Leaves (and Uses)

Mint is a perennial herb (mentha) which has been used for over 3500 years as a cooking ingredient and natural remedy.

Menthol and carvone (terpenes) from within mint leaves give a fresh, minty aroma which have positive effects on weight loss, mental clarity and focus, skin heath, easing joint pain, soothing digestion, relaxing the airways and so much more.

Mint also contains Rosmarinic acid, which can help to boost GABA activity in the brain. This naturally eases stress and anxiety, and improves mental focus and memory.

In this video you will learn all about the main health benefits of mint, including some simple preparation recipes to use it in the form of mint tea, mint essential oil, as a diffusion, skin rub etc…

This is interesting. I'll make sure to try this one. Currently, i'm taking Dihexa from Swisschems. This nootropics really helps me a lot when it comes to mental focus and endurance. I hope that we study nootropics more as it really has a lot of benefit for people

Can’t stand mint. I’m 80 years old. Made it this far w/o mint. Thank goodness I pretty much love all other healthy foods, no matter how basic or exotic. Thanks anyway! 😁🩷👏🏻🙏
Oh, and forgot, it’s such an aggressive plant 🪴. It will take your garden over, if you let it.
