Pokemon UNITE Blastoise Build / New Pokemon UNITE Blastoise Gameplay! Blastoise is really interesting in Pokemon Unite since it has 2 viable movesets. The Rapid Spin + Water Spout Blastoise Moveset does unbelievable amounts of damage and has some auto attack focus that makes it very interesting. Its a different playstyle to other Pokemon UNITE Blastoise Builds, but its worth a try to see if it fits your playstyle!

I always make sure to destroy bottom goal before Drednaw so they can't have an area to heal during Drednaw in case the fight was harsh, so they'd have to retreat to base for healing. As for Top I rather it being destroyed so you can get 3 Audinos instead of 2 bottom.

Well.. I almost always use score shield in my games... I know focus band is strong and overall better, but I rather get score shield. Scoring gets some exp early game. So I get to the first drednaw fight almost always on level 9 or close to it and have advantage to secure it, as I consider it one of the most important objective to have a strong mid game.
Btw, got 3 accounts into master, 2 of them I spent absolutely nothing.

Personally, I think scoring early can be a good idea depending on your build. I personally like carrying an aeos cookie and scoring with a very small number to boost my HP permanently over the course of a match.

Water spout + rapid spin is literally just a much better Petal Dance. Blastoise really out here on day 1 making an entire Venusaur build obsolete lol.

Also, nerf Blastoise's walk animation. He got no business waddling that cute.

Score shield can be really incredible for late game play in a 5 stack team for back capping.

Rapid Spin resets also Hydro Pump, so the you can do the water spout, rapid spin and then water spount again with hydro pump as well

I’m on masters I use blastoise now I use spout rapid spin items I use score shield buddy berrier and focus band eject button …. 💦

I'll admit, I fell into the beginner trap of using Score Shield in my early days of Ranked. Today I no longer use it after understanding how obsolescent it is compared to Buddy Barrier and Assault Vest.

I have been watching some top 100 players on streams and they are saying score shield is a very good item especially in soloQ. I guess they are bad players and don't know how the game works?
