In Spain at the moment and just been to a Chinese restaurant with two of these robots. They were so cute!! I kept saying "Hello", "Thank you" and "Goodbye". Diners on other tables thought I was daft! I am too typical English - over-polite even to robots!

Huh, i wonder how much this would actually make a waiter's job easier. Perhaps if paired with an automated ability to make requests and handle payment it would mean a waiter is just needed to load the robot and handle when something goes wrong
