Knicks fan "DaBlackProdigy" called in from the Discord and was not too pleased with Leon & Co. Does he have a point?

The KNICKS didn't miss out, Danny Ainge made his choice to burn the Knicks.
The word out there is that Danny Ainge hates the KNICKS and was trying to get as much as he could possibly get from them, before taking the Cavs deal. This entire Knicks Young Core should play this season with a chip on the shoulder... something to prove.🗽

No matter what we can get MJ Lebron James some people in the media will find a way to still hate on the Knicks but KFTV represents all opinions and makes the Knicks fans or non Knicks fans know what the Knicks are really about and thanks to CP

knicks did not drop the ball bruh. I'm not trading RJ i"m sorry. yall gotta relax, keep our youth and make them grow. No free agent is going to Cleveland period. Danny Ainge IMO messed that trade-up off spite. rj only 22 and is getting better, obi had a nice finish to last season which mad thibs take notice. only gotta get better. we let the media G us all the time. Cleveland ain't winning no chip, yall know this. Yes, neither are we.... but i tell you what, we still have our picks and our squad is only gonna get better. when we do, someone will wanna come to ny. we coming bruh, settle down. Leon is doing his thing.

I'm from NYC and at this point I'm tried of us Knicks fans. This guy on the phone has to be the most DELUSIONAL person I just heard right now! Did you not see what Danny Ainge just did with these picks.. How the Hell can he be upset.. Do you want Leon to basically trade everybody just for one player in Donavon Mitchell? Hell no.. Leon made the right decision.. IDK what anybody thinks and these are facts!

Personally, I am glad the Knick did not give up on RJ.
Shout out to Leon Rose and Staff for making the best hard decision going into this season... We addressed our biggest concern by getting a PG and now we are stacked in every position. I know we are not going to the finals anytime soon but at least we look better than last year... Go NY go

Can someone please explain to me how could you be satisfied with a 5'11" point guard & a 6'1" shooting guard??? Hello that's a defensive liability!!! How do you win games with that backcourt??? I'm happy that the Knicks did not do another Carmelo Anthony trade

Leon Rose pulled the right move go with the youth they still could push towards the playoffs or play in, Trade Julius Randle Evan Fournier at the deadline and we have real first rounders on top of a competitive young team, with hella first round picks to pull a move or build.

Actually the #1 name was Booker until they got 1st place and changed the direction of that team. another team who rebuilt faster than us.

Was there ever a prior front office that did a better job at acquiring picks and talent? After you maturely get past your impatience the answer is no...we are gradually getting better...

They're in good shape. Why give away all our assets for 1 guy?? Isn't next year's draft supposed to be stacked?? We gotta be patient...too many casuals givin their opinions. Lol

If they offered RJ Obi Mitch and 3 draft picks and Utah turned it down, I really get the feeling that Ainge never was going to deal Mitchell to the Knicks in the first place. Rose chose the young guys. With that being said they should get Randle Fournier and D Rose off the team. The 2023 draft is supposed to be a good draft. I think the best path of moving forward is drafting our superstar

That caller needs to go play fantasy NBA, you don’t make every trade. Taking away RJBarrett and all our picks, for one scoring guard. Sometimes the best moves are the trades you pass on. We’ll see what Cleveland does this year. Nobody thought Donovan was gonna put the Knicks over the top either.

We are the New York Picks!!! We are the New York Picks!!!! Say go NY go NY go!!!! 😂

To be fair... Donovan was the 1st player since we've had all these picks that the knicks really dealt for and Ainge was trying to fleece us and Leon didn't take the bait. I just don't see the uproar.

Now that the dust has cleared I'm all on board with the young guys we have. Grimes might just be a very good SG on the level of a Jalen Brown

We've been down that other road before of trading too many young studs for Melo: which one (Danillo Gallinari) helped oust us out of the first round of the playoffs two seasons ago. I'm glad Mr. Dolan stayed out of the way this time. Patience is a virtue.
