There are actually two John Green authors out there. The one writes books for children, found that out the hard way. I went to a convention and it said “John Green (Author)” was at a table for book signings. I love Mental Floss and my wife loves his books, we were stoked to meet John Green… yep not the same John Green and you could tell that the disappointment of it not being JOHN GREEN! happened often, he looked defeated.

I remember the difference between the two because John looks like his name (soft and rounded and slow), and Hank looks like his name is spelled (sharp and angular and fast). Literally the only way I was able to get them strait.
