I did not expect a Venjent song to make me cry.
I've been struggling with depression for a good five years now and alcohol has been my crutch for the past 3 years, but I can finally turn my life around and I'm working on it.
I've been stuck in a city I hate, with a job I hate, no friends and lots of self loathing for far too long. Making good money was the reason I kept at it for so long. But at the cost of my mental health and sanity. Turns out money isn't everything and my well-being is more important than a lust for money and this song went straight through my heart.
My best friend since childhood was my biggest help emotionally.

I never told my parents about my crippling depression, because I don't want them to worry. Girlfriend was the first to leave me when I showed "weakness" and decided to share my feelings with her...
