I have 40 plus years of working on Jet Airliners.Started working life on B707, then B727, B737, B747, B757, B777, A310, A320, A330, A340, DC 8, DC 10. Have worked on D checks, C checks, Line Checks. Specialized in Airframes and Engines, with working knowledge of almost all the other systems on the planes

In D Checks, aka Depot checks, we remove the engines, flaps, flap fairings, body fairings, slats, landing gears, cabin and cockpit seats, galleys, toilets, floor panels, ceiling panels, ....you get the picture; by the time we were ready to carry out inspections, she looked real naked!

However, I have Never seen any Jet Airliner with flaps that work as shown here. The Closest I can think of is the DC 10, in the sense that it did not use motors and torque tubes. Even then what is shown here is totally alien to me.

I have seen a couple of other videos about aircraft on this channel, and I get the impression they did not even consult any technical manuals and just dreamed it all up.

You failed to mention an important feature, as well as providing an aerodynamic fairing for the flap tracks, they are also used as Anti-shock bodies or Whitcomb bodies and reduce wave drag at transonic speeds between Mach 0.8–1.0 using the Whitcomb area rule

LE, you should do a video on Vortex Generators and leading edge technology such as slats and slots and how they contribute to lift.  I thought most flaps are fowler flaps and operate via jack-screw.

I believe these are "Fowler Flaps" they extend and rotate downwards when actuated.
Flaps don't have to extend, but it gives more wing area and more lift, and are more effective than a simple flap that just rotates into position.

How about do away with this protruding thing at all by adopting somewhat old technology - double deck wing. I mean two wings or four major wings on commercial airplanes which would consume less fuel. Double stacked wings can generate breaking more with additional flaps between, upon landing, and simple control mechanisms can take those functions, which means airplane has to fly at slower but at efficient speed. Or they don't have to be stacked on one another but upper wing could be positioned a bit forward and at less aggressive angle just to give the bottom wing higher air pressure.
