Why The Tyrant Neptune got banned Cimoooo is because by Tributing "Lyrical Luscinia - Independent Nightingale" (easily Special Summoned by "Instant Fusion"), this card will have 5000 ATK, be unaffected by all other card effects and able to inflict 5000 damage per turn with burn effect. 10k in damage in one turn with 2 cards

Brain control takes control of a monster that CAN be normal summoned or set. Which means you can't target extra deck monsters

Lyrical Luscinia - Independent Nightingale is an Instant Fusion target in the form of a Level 1 fusion 1000 atk that is unnafected by any effects of opponent's cards, gains 500 ATK times its level and can burn the opponent for 500 damage times its level. The Tyrant Neptune is a level 10 monster searchable trough King of Feral Imps that can copy the effects of a monster in your grave. If you copy Independent Nightingale with Neptune, you get a 6000 attacker thats is immune to EVERYTHING your opponent has and burns for 5000 every turn. You do the basic Zoodiac plays, using Zoodiac Lyca to summon something before going into Drident, and instead of going for Emeral when you get the 2 Rats on the field, you go for the King of Feral Imps, searches Neptune, play instant fusion to summon Nightingale and there you go

for those who don't know the reason Neptune got banned is that any zoo starter plus instant fusion (or predaplant orphys Scorpio plus any monster) makes an 8300 atk Neptune who can burn you for 5000, and cannot be targeted or destroyed

Lyrical Luscina - Independant Nightengale is Summonable by Instant Fusion

Make a R4nk without your Normal Summon to Summon King of the Feral Imps, Instant Fusion LL-IN and Tribute her and King for Tyrant Neptune

Tyrant Neptune copies LL-IN's effect and you win.

Tyrant has an Ignition 5000 burn and is completely immune to all opponent card effects. Also it's 6000+ ATK.
