I was a reasonably healthy 65 y/o male, who had hiked the 486 mile Colorado Trail the summer before, when compelled by the Veterans Administration (VA) to get the Moderna Vaccine in March of 2022. Within ten day of receiving the shot, I was in the Emergency Room with Heart-Attack like symptoms. An Echo-Cardiogram reviled that my Heart-Ejection-Fraction was only at 20%, down from a previous diagnosis of 45% by a VA Cardiologist in 2015. To date, the VA has refused to file a VAERS report as prescribed by law and has denied my application for redress under US Code 38, Section 1151. To add insult to injury, the VA says I'm suffering from "Mood-Disorder" which is code for "Don't listen to that Geriatric-Hypochondriac... He's Crazy!"
