You captured even the feel of the album, something most covers miss on any song. It got me thinking, you probably play this better than Vai himself. I don't mean that as an insult to Vai at all, an artist usually isn't going to be interested in doing the album note for note. Why would he? It's his own work. The idea of the song was to have a simple melody to be played around with like a jazz piece. I'd love to see if you could do something like that.
