I own the 36 mm in robin blue but really like this 41 and the blue rotor is really cool. My 36 is my daily work watch and I’ve beaten it up a ton and works fantastic. Might be picking this one up.

I love Islander watches. Completely agree on 41 over 38. It just seems better after being used to 45. 38 is just too small on my wrist.

I’m *almost* sold on this. Just wish the date window was lower but I understand it’s a movement size vs. case size issue. Ideally I’d prefer it as a no date but it is what it is.

I have a 38 mm no date mint green Brookville. I don't think it is too small for my 7.25 inch wrist and really like it. The watch is extremely well made and accurate. I am not a fan of the 41mm Brookville, although I am certain it is well made. I think the watch is too big without a bezel, and I prefer not having a date.

I like it…would’ve been better as a no date though. The date window placement is off with that case size.
