Is it possible that it will be positive for any other body fluids or secretion rather than semen?

Hello. I tried Acid Phophatase test on different body fluids for my study. Semen turns purple in ~20s with high concentration of semen but I was surprised to see that other body fluids make the test purple very quickly also : leap mucus in less than 3mn, saliva en around 5mns, eye swears in 7/8mns and even human sweat in around 10mns. So can it be considered as reliable test as it seems many other body fluids contain acid phosphatase and can react quickly (of course with lighter purple compared to semen based on what I saw) or at least it seems to be very difficult to interprete a result (My teacher told me also that several vegetable produce fully false positive such as tea). Does such test needs to be confirmed with other test as it seems highly possible to have false positive (or wrong interpretation dpeending on the time the stain will start to become purple).
