Just descovered you from your teeth straigning vlogs! Congratulations on buying your first house, its such an amazing achievment!… but omg its the same layout as my house so i cant wait to see what you do to it. One of the first things i did was put french doors in the living room and its made such a big difference. Good luck with everything xx

With the slap at the back of the garden i would keep it and build like a summer house sort of thing, i know a lot of people who have one and make it into like a bar/party area.

The thing I noticed about the cupboard was the door goes in instead of opening out so it takes up the entire closet. Is it building code there?
