Actually got my hybodus when I was at lvl 60 (free trial). That said, it is unreasonable to shoot for 20k without at least double hook. I did get 20k twice at my current lvl 70 cap.

Please make a video with how to basically lvl up the island and do stuff there. I feel dumb because mine sucks and I can't get much currency in that place. Every guide I found is overwhleming and unhelpful
