Little tip for anyone having trouble, when tightening the cover above the motor you could be able to spin the wires by hand and see the wings flap, if not then the cover needs to be loosened, also make sure to move the wing assembly back and forth while applying lubricant a few times(the first time the motor starts it’s may get stuck so give the wings a little push and it should start moving) hope this helps!

So I damaged one of the wires-it got smooshed when I was putting it together, how would I fix it

I couldn't get the steal rod to fit properly

Mine only blinks a red light and does not move the wings I don't know what to do

Diagram : ok - blue to blue red to red, parts lubricated and trimmed . I got light but not a wings . Here I finish.
