If you can't see your camera(s), check the region. Make sure it's the same region on the mobile app and desktop app.

On my computer it had the following problem.The screen was always glued to the buffering point.After some searching i went to the General Settings and disable the option "Enable Hardware Acceleration".Afrer this change the problem was fix.

I installed xiaomi apps, then I met security captcha thats impossible to read and even I can guess thats never correct, why made security that even user impossible to login

I can't believe that app does not support c300 :( although it supports my older Imilab A1 cam.

I have a Xiaomi C 300 scurity Camera. I can monitoring my camera with mobile app but i cant monitoring on my desktop even connecting with same network. My region is Turkey. Is this Desktop app support Turkey region ? I need some help I could not find my device on desktop

ayaw tlga bossing khit anong gawin ko. same naman ng settings sa phone app at sa desktop app. Philippines yung region tapos 'sg' sa config. same din ng account. ang model ay C300 at AW200 parehas ayaw mag show ng camera. Bakit kaya? pa help boss.

Need Help, I Set up Xiaomi Camera Viewer App for Window PC.
Install a total of 9 Xiaomi Mijia Mi Camera 2K IP CCTV . All the camera appear on my computer.
Later I install another Xiaomi Smart Outdoor Camera AW300 2K. This Camera does not work on my Windows PC.
I can view the image on my iPhone without any problem.
Kindly tell me how to get it on to the Viewer App for Windows PC.

Hi, I have not camera displayed. I have not initiated not a monthly subscription for my cameras. In order to view on PC (on mobil ok I live in europe and have my cameras in my cabin in Asia)
Q: does I need a subscription to view cameras on this app? Someone please...

PLease I cannot see Xiaomi Camera Viewer only in the mobile. I have 6 cameras . I can see and 3 and the others don't. the 3 others cw400 and aw300. Pleaase help
