I agree. Everyone doesn't see eye to eye all the time. If this is true, I don't blame Daboll. Pack your shit and leave Wink. We were looking for a DC when we hired you and will find another. I heard Harbaugh had issues with him in Baltimore and they seem to have survived without him. Go Big Blue

Martindale in clearly in the wrong, ive seen many people blaming Daboll and saying he should be ashamed that he let go of martindale but he tried his best and tbh i wouldnt want a dcoordinator that doesnt want the best for the team

When I read this article my first thought was which team/GM/HC would ever want to hire him. There were rumblings of similar actions by Wink that caused the parting of the ways with the Ravens and Harbaugh. It appears the Wink has become to big for his britches thinking he can by pass his boss and not collaborate. In the real working world that often ends poorly. It's time to move on and begin rebuilding the coaching staff. Scheon and and Daboll always talk about assessing their performance following the just completed season. Maybe if Dabs looks at himself in the mirror and reviews this situation he may take a different approach with the coaching staff. Thanks for this review Bobby.

Looking back it's really hard to believe that Brian Daboll is the only Head Coach Wink has worked for who has gotten fiery on the sideline or gotten in his face before. It's the freakin NFL. Tempers flare, and even if people get a bit out of line you accept the apology and move on when the HC is making overtures and trying to mend the relationship.
