I found this kit car in a field and bought it.. (Quantum Saloon)

Quick walkaround/interior video of the car..

Background: Saw this car in a field (and found the sale ad online) and decided to research it and buy it!

It is a Quantum Saloon, based on a MK2 Fiesta XR2. It was made by a British company, who only built 210 of these shells.

It has the 1.6 CVH engine, weighs about 500-600kg and is an entirely fibreglass monocoque shell (no metal, no rust!)

This is going to be an interesting project, I'll be documenting every step of fixing it up if I can!

I'll also be changing the style of video, this is just a super cheesy terribly edited clip to atleast have some content out in the first week of my channel.

You should make a video explaining the history of this car and the company. I'd really be interested in more information on the kit company and how long they made the car (or kit) for, other models they may have made, the years the company existed (or still does exist?) etc etc.
It would be neat to find out some backstory about a company that is virtually unkown to some people (like myself). I know you mentioned there was very few of these on Reddit so I'm sure there are plenty of people who havn't heard of it. Looking forward to seeing more vids on this car!
