There's also some interactions with E, for example with windows:
Hitting E will open/close window
Holding E on an open window will make you jump through
Shift + E will make you open/close the curtains if there's any

It's worth to mention, if you hold any number from 1-5 (which are your weapon holsters) will show up a radial menu to quick draw any weapon in your inventory (this doesn't apply to weapons in the backpack).

If you're sitting on the ground for a rest, holding shift+movement key will make your player stand up very quickly.

Going into settings and remove shout by pressing Q. You can still shout by holding Q and use the radial menu, never again will you accidentally shout

You can also assign the hot keys in the menu. I move the shout key 'Q' to the key 'Y', so I stopped yelling and calling zombies when my finger slipped from the movement keys.

1:39 Stop acting like we all have the exact same keyboard! I legit have no fucking clue where the "END" key is on my keyboard!
Actually, I see it now, but it's NOT above my arrow keys and requires me to hold the FN key to even use the damn key! Thanks

You can trigger a group attack by getting near a group of Zeds and hitting "Q."🤪
