The frustration is palpable starting at around 9 minutes. Thanks for the great videos. Hope you get that tenure, if you want it.

Hi Dr. Strong,
Thank you very much for all the videos.
I know that you have a long list to topics requested, but I was wondering if you could do a video on "Life of a hospitalist" that include your work flows, tips, documentations, and your insights on future directions...etc. Many thanks!

"For obese patients able to lose 25 pounds or more, they may experience even greater amounts of weight loss"; yeah I would think so too. Joking aside, increasing potassium intake has been shown to significantly reduce blood pressure by a mean of 5/3 mmHg in hypertensive adults but not in normotensive adults.

hello doctor, thank again for your video, i have one question about the antihypertensive medication by the recommendation of june 2013 for a patient above 6o, they recommend to treat if the patient have above or equal 150/90, if a patient age 85 have 150/75 shall we treat? and what about this kind of combination for the same age: 149/90, 0r 130/90. thank you.

I have read and heard many times that a loss of nearly 5 kg of weight significantly reduces the risk for developing type 2 DM and hypertension, but what if a person lost this amount of weight or even more but he/she is still obese? do they reduce their risk of DM and HTN or do they need to reach a normal BMI ?
