No one knows it, and those who do choose not to follow it. No one is held accountable.

The biggest problem is it's not being followed. Currently nearly 2/3 of the entire federal budget goes to entitlements. None of which are constitutionally authorized.

The Declaration of Independence is the nations founding document. The constitution defines the structure of a body to secure the founding principles of the nation.

Vet: 60+ I've used the 7th Amendment for 40 years by saying, "Not Guilty, I do not waive my unalienable right to the 7th Amendment. I do not consent to my RIGHT being emulated by proxy of a corporate trial.

Cases dismissed: CA state judge, Ft Ord CA 1985. WA state: Spokane County, 2015. Grant County, 2019.

This worked against: AT&T, 3 hospitals, and Dad's camera ticket.

Note: a friend asked me to help him with a reckless driving and not having a CW permit. He was trying to help 2 deputy Sheriffs catch Latino gang members. 3 County District judges said I would be arrested for practicing law, (common-law?). One judge said, "Washington State does not recognize common-law.

The biggest issue with our U.S. Constitution is: members of the bar, that resign from the bar to sit on a bench, JUDGES, are ignoring the Constitution. READ the 6th/7th/8th Amendments. There has not been a 6th/7th jury trial, in the USA, in decades.

And now you know.

NOTE: the FBI, Justice Department, state Attorney General, do not prosecute judges for ignoring the 6th/7th/8th Amendments. So, who does? Hmm?

As an ambitious trader waiting for the next bull run, I would much prefer learn from the mistakes made by other traders than make my own investments in the market. How do you feel about copy trading as well? Do people really make a living? I'm just looking for some assurance. My goal is to establish a robust portfolio with a minimum value of $250k. Please provide dependable input.

The ACT of 1871 changed the original U S Constitution without "We the People" being notified. "The Constitution FOR the United States of America" was changed to "The Constitution OF the United States of America " is the incorrect one. Do the research to learn what was changed; why was it changed & how the change affected our Freedom. So when learning the Constitution, be sure you are learning & reading the correct one "FOR".

If anyone's interested, there's a British band called UNIT that released a whole album inspired by and dedicated to Prageru, TPUSA and The Daily Wire. I discovered their You Tube channel a couple of years ago and most of their stuff is excellent. I'm not an agent for the band nor do I know any of them but, to judge from their lyrics, they seem genuine. I found them by typing UNIT Andy Martin The Voice Of Reason into YT which did the trick. They have the entire album as a playlist. One of their tracks features the mighty Ben Shapiro, a couple of later pieces feature Matt Walsh and they do a cracking version of Columbia Gem Of The Ocean, too!

The constitution illegitimately delegates powers and authority which no one has the right or authority to delegate. In essence it delegates that which cannot be legitimately delegated. Every time individuals in government claim a right to do something to you, that you don’t have a right to do to your neighbor, then that’s an illegitimate claim of authority .

Confusion? Which U.S. Constitution/s is/are being talked about? Several versions exist while most think there is just one. Are you talking organic or corporate charter versions as in "for" or "of". What does the word constitute mean? Go back to 1732, The English Lawyer, Wm. Bohun. Constituted mean commissioned, constitute means commission. You need to have a solid foundation for a discussion to accomplish anything of real meaning. Everyone's foundation on this topic is like walking on quicksand.

Again! Which U.S. Constitution/s is/are being talked about? Each is unique. The current discussion is like saying he ate the cake while pointing at 5 men and a few women and several kids.

OF, implies ownership to.
FOR, implies ownership of.
ONE WORD, can change intention.
They only changed, one word!
1870-1933
