What is your favorite van upgrade you have done or are thinking about doing?

It makes sense to use the small single pot induction stove top. I often wondered WHY the manufacturers didn't offer this since it is smaller in over all measurements and easier to store, and portable and could be used outdoors on a table top easier. Love your mods and tips, THANK YOU for sharing.
