Science (EVS) experiment for kids - [ Air occupies space ] - Experiment 1

An experiment for kids, teachers and parents to demonstrate how air occupies space.

The following materials are required:
A small container filled with water
A sheet of paper or tissue paper
A clear glass

Learning objectives:
The purpose of this experiment is to allow children to understand how air occupies space through a simple experiment. In addition, teachers and parents can also use this to help their children learn and present themselves.The experiment involves filling a glass jar with air and then releasing the air into an empty jar. This will show the children that the air takes up space, even when not visible. The experiment is also a fun way to demonstrate the concept of matter.
