Arrey it's simple, Rowan is better because it's a win win situation for everyone. Labor will also get paid more as compared to Halsey so he's winning over there and the work will be completed in more than half the time like 5, 6, 7 hours so the quality won't be compromised so the company or the employer also wins as more work is done in less time keeping the quality in check.
