Don’t get angry at me because of this but Madoka is a concept, saitama killed a god but I’m not sure if he can kill or touch a concept. High chance he wins the fight by overwhelming existence with his strength leading to her ultimate demise but eitherway he has to erase everything until there is nothing left because Madoka is scattered throughout existence itself.
