Loved the whole series Bram. Going on the Escape next January. Been on 7 other NCL cruises so not new to NCl but first time on the Escape. Great job on the 360 editing as well. I have a 360 camera and just haven't taken the time to figure it all out. Keep up the good work!!

hello Bram..were from the Midwest and we are asked local still or sparkling...last week on the carnival Celebration ..in the pay venues we were asked did we prefer sparkling. Main we asked for sparkling... glasses were filled with still...before we sat...

Agreed, ketchup with frites has it's place but not on a plate with dover sole! I really like the Belgian style of a bit of mayonnaise with french fries. Another great video, thank you for posting.

Hey Bram!
I was curious, did your 2 friends catch the cruise fever aswell? And if not, why did they not absolutly love it? Curious to hear what they thought about cruising as first timers.
I absolutely love cruising myself, I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t haha.
What was their opinion?

Oh, and just to agree with some others they were probably asking if you wanted ketchup with your fries rather than the fish. I'm not fond of mayo except in a few specific cases and I rarely get ketchup either, even for fries (salt and pepper or maybe some cajun seasoning works best on fries for my taste). As for the extended edit, interesting, but I think for my taste I prefer the shorter cuts with the rest of the day included. On occasion, though, these deeper dive cuts are nice just to see more of what the overall experience at a place like Le Bistro might be like

The ketchup was offered for the French fries, not the fish! It wouldn't have been put on the plate with the fish unless you asked.

I’ve never heard of any American putting ketchup on fish. Tartar sauce is the usual condiment.

Good video. Sparkling water generally refers to bottled carbonated water. We normally call it soda water when it is from a gun or a fountain.

Were they playing that awful music the whole time? It's enough to make me skip the place.
