The fact that clorinde has her main source of dps on e skill is already a win for me. Burst dpses are inconsistent by default 🤷🏻‍♂️ no matter how much er you got, you'll eventually encounter enemies that saps your energy.

The answer is clorinde < raiden, because more than half of clorinde dmg comes from hyperbloom, whereas raiden team is pure hypercarry and is comparable or slightly better. So raiden dmg in her team is stronger than clorinde in her team

I won't Focus on the Damage output Instead i Focus on How Much Damage Pierces the enemie's Hp, Flat damage does not work on Clorinde Instead it works only in Crit dmg or Artifact Bonuses

It doesn't matter if Raiden does more personal dmg (which she isn't), what matters is team dps, not personal dps. It's a 4 man party game, not solo game.

Though youtuber should stop titled their video with "best dps", if that's the case might as well use solo showcase. Otherwise it would have ambiguous implication.
