The highly anticipated Petroleum Industry Bill has finally been signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari after decades of setbacks.

A German saying is : Vertrauen ist gut. Kontrolle ist besser. (Trusting is good.Control is better)
Having said that a "signed" law does not mean anything.
You need to have the "controllable" tools that the law is enforced.
Means you need auditors, audit of these auditors on top, reporting staff as well as staff assigned to the CG, to control reported data on the field.
A national pride for a better Nigeria is the foundation to the success .And this needs to find it's space in education. So we need "citizenship" lessons.
I am mostly concerned about the "federal" system.
IMO, the country has to be run central until federal governors LEARN to think AND act for Nigeria as a nation.
