I talked with Dash when I was at worlds in Guangzhou about five years ago. He was the nicest dude. He went out of his way to talk with the fans after a long day of work and it really said a lot about how great his character is.

The fact all of the casters have put in years of effort building not only the league but their own brands to still be treated this replaceable is beyond me. They make this scene, and riot needs to value them as much as the value faces like double lift and berj bringing fans back. But still casters make penny's on the dollar compared to pro talent. While for me noone gets close to Cpt Flowers, that being said man ill honestly say Dash deserves so much better then to be treated or rather mistreated this way. Regardless if he is your alltime favorite host/caster man he surely gave his all and was beyond energetic and genuine in his love and adoration for all things League.

I feel when Dash entered the LCS team he was kinda awkward like most new people in any profession are. After that i thought (like all of LCS) he tried too hard to be overly professional which was more the LCS's fault than his i feel like. These days i felt like they found their strive and found a good middleground of being goofy sometimes and professional at times when its appropriate. So its sad to see him go. Taking the way it was handled aside this was a long time coming since the whole Esport bubble is so terribly bloated in terms of investment, so i guess they had to make quite a few cuts all over the place.
