There may be multiple reasons a person clicks on this video.

Some want a soothing track to lull them to sleep. To those people: leave the comments and get the rest you deserve, sleep well.

Some are lonely or are feeling very sad. To those people: all pain ends eventually. The good will come soon enough. You can do this!

Some may be studying. To those people: leave the comments, I wish you good luck, you're going to do amazing.

Some can't stand the silence and the thoughts and tears that accompany the silence. To those people: take a deep breath in. Now exhale and say, "I'm fine. I will be fine. I am in control. I am okay."

To those of you trying to go to sleep: Turn your device upside-down, raise the volume to an equally high and low, turn off all your lights, snuggle under your covers, take a few deep breaths and think about the amazing things that may happen to you in the next few days.

To those of you trying to study for a test/exam: Push your device to a good distance from yourself so you don’t get intimidated to go and ruin your studying time, keep the volume at a nice quiet tone, still loud enough that you can hear every little detail to the songs, get into a very warm and cozy spot in your room where you can lay your papers and books, grab a pencil and start working!

To those of you just trying to relax after a long stressful day: Turn off the lights, plop onto your bed, close your eyes, bring a pillow under your head to keep your neck leveled with your shoulders, loosen all your muscles, wait about 1 minute of being completely still to adjust your position and let the video run for as long as it takes for you to become more confident and less angry.

To those of you trying to work on your own drawing, painting, sculpture, story, paragraph, etc, etc: Take a seat in the most comfortable spot of your house, lay down your supplies in an organized pattern, move your device somewhere behind you so there is no light popping up in front of you to distract you, grab your pencil/pen/paint brush/crayon/colored pencil, push your canvas in front of you and start working on this masterpiece.

To those of you scrolling through the comments, looking for something to make you feel better about yourself and brighten your day: I really hope this helped! This took me about 50 minutes to make, so don’t let it go to waste. I don’t exactly need any likes at all, all I care about is that everyone reading this will become much happier and relaxed. So stay safe and healthy! I love everybody in this world so much, you are AMAZING!!!🥰😚😊☺️😁🤗

✨Here's a few tips and tricks to make Quarentine less misserable!!✨
💌 Eat tasty food. It could be something spicy, something savory. Just eat something that makes you feel really good and warm inside
💌 Have a friend over! Just make sure you two aren't sick! If you go out with them, take your favorite/cutest mask
💌 Talk with loved ones/your fur babies. Your pets might not seem like they understand you, but they do! They care about you...
💌 Self care! Take hot baths, hot showers, cook or bake, clean the house, organize a messy cabinet... Ect!
💌 Play some lo-fi jams, some jazz, or maybe just some holiday music... Something to make you feel good!
💌 Draw or paint! Get creative. Or you can sing, write, or maybe take pictures!
💌 When you go out to the store... Buy something silly, or something that gives you a little smile when you see it! (Like an 8$ skeleton frog from home depot)
💌 Play video games! Play something mellow and easy, like Animal Crossing, Slime Rancher, or even Stardew Valley. Or if you're upset or angry, play shooter or action games to get you your pent up emotions
💌 Quarentine can be very depressing, so make sure you're taking care of your mental health! If you're sick, please see a doctor ASAP. If you're depressed, don't be scared to reach out. Coming from experiense, I know how hard it is to ask for help. I promise there's people who want to help you, and want you to feel better.

Just remember, I know it all feels very stressful and hard now. Feels like you're a bird in a cage, while the great outdoors and the wonders are just out of reach... The more we stop the spread, the sooner we can enjoy our lives again..
