It works like magic, just brought remote closer to dongle and problem slove.. superb

I learned the trick. First you have to unplug the USB dongle then hold the "fn" and "rf" keys together until orange light starts to bling frequently then plug the USB dongle and it will work.

i have a same issues on taffware i8 (orange blinking). Bring the keyboard closer to the dongle and press Fn+F1(RF). i following his instruction and works for me. thanks a lot, you're awesome

Hi Attiva, I have 3 of these remotes and when I follow your Instructions, all i get is that the Blue light stays on and the Yellow light Flashes only?? this is the same on all 3 remotes. Not sure where to go to from here, Please Help!! Thanks Rick

Nothing works. One minute it was working I accidentally pressed keys dunno what I pressed n that was it. It's not connecting any more. I put the receiver in the keyboard & I don't think it can get any closer than that n its still blinking orange. I tried all ur recommendations. Nothing works. 😢

Hi! There is no problem with your english, but the method doesn't work....first of all - the blue light is not flashing...all remains the same...after pressing FN+F1 nothing is happening....The orange light is still flashing...The dongle is switch to PC...the same is with Android TV Box....

Bought a new one because my last one broke. The right half of the the touchpad just stopped working. The original one if the battery was low the touchpad wouldn’t work, but I have no idea whats wrong with this one.
