There’s a sort of beauty to this song, and I bloody love it. As someone who is well acquainted with grief, I find such music as this rather liberating of oneself in a way. Like the line “my soul is so light, and like this feather I can fly”. It’s rather a challenge to put into words, but regardless, this song is bloody beautiful.

where annubis is a judge of death, and a poor soul having to pass through dangerous courses in order to prove themselves. In the end, the soul fails to reach the finishing point and falls down to hell. Annubis closes the hell door and continues to rest, waiting for another soul.
