This has saved yet another person $200. Thanks for the video, i actually went and bought a new flame sensor instead of cleaning mine and it worked. Note for people about to do this. If yours is anything like mine getting that nut out was quite tricky, be mindful of the wires and wear gloves for my hands were shredded

Thanks for posting this! Live in Maryland and with a cold system bringing single digits temps two days before Christmas - it was the worst time for a heating issue. Furnace kept igniting but cutting off. Followed these instructions and furnace fired up as normal. Thanks again for the simple, clear instructions!
