Hey Alex. Thanks for all the great info. Quick question... right now our team uses one project and backlog for our entire product (it's a large and very complicated software). We are essentially assigning larger feature sets under an epic, but I believe a lot of these could be broken down into multiple epics. Would it be a better practice to use categories for each feature (for example, "reporting" is a category opposed to an epic and we can assign multiple reporting related epics to that category?).
