Cru 30 Wood-Fired Oven - Lighting A Fire

A short video on how to launch and cook a pizza in the Cru 30.

Step 1 - Place crumpled newspaper in the Cru 30
Step 2 - Place kindling on newspaper
Step 3 - Light newspaper and watch the kindling catch
Step 4 - Add small pieces of wood to feed the fire
Step 5 - Let the fire warm the oven and oven floor and push the embers to the back of the oven
Step 6 - Ready for cooking
