If the job isn’t challenging, no creativity isn’t used, or there’s a ceiling on progression then it’s time to leave. Average people stick to mediocre jobs.

This speaks the exact situation I am in right now, 18 years with a company meant to be an auto electrician but it is the same routine, same build, floating on autopilot every single day. No room to move or grow further with the company, just repeat. I need a new path to walk in life🙏

What if the new job sucks even more, for different reasons? The grass isn't always greener.

i’m a data QA for an AI team of a start-up. The company based in a country and I’m living in another country so I have been working at home all the time, it’s been 9 months now. As a QA, my job is so boring, I just check the photo day by day, nothing’s new, nothing new to learn since then. and it’s really stressed these days and affect my mental health, even I have to remove skype app on my phone, just keep it on my laptop. but the wage is good, compare to average wage in my country. so I’m thinking of quiting.
i’m a fresh graduate from a top university in my country, but i havent found a job related to my major.
what should i do now? quit in the mid of this crisis all around the world and find new job? or stick to it and overthink about everything? ah idk

Ken, my wife and I have been listening to your show and your videos for the past couple of weeks. We appreciate the perspective and advice you have been sharing. I'd love to call in and ask you a question on your show. My work makes it difficult to take long breaks away from work in the day. When would be the best time to call in so we could chat?
